ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome to Country Paws.
I’ve always had a love and empathy for animals and have grown up with them around me all my life. My first memory of a dog was that of a little dachshund asleep on my bed, I would have been about two years old.
I became a fully trained dog groomer as my first love has always been dogs, that unconditional love that greets you at the door on arrival with a wag of the tail and I felt that I could offer a complete one to one experience for you and your pet.
Having your dog groomed should be an enjoyable and safe experience for both you and them. All paws that walk in the door will be treated as one of the family. I will give your pet a gentle, kind experience where it will be very personal to your dog.
My grooming room is within the house, so lovely & warm in the winter & cool in the summer. There is a large enclosed safe garden here so if he or she needs a toilet break they will be able to have one.
It will only ever be me working on your dog, I will always listen to to what you would like for your pet as I want to make sure that your dog is comfortable and relaxed and leaves Country Paws not only looking amazing but feeling happy to return another day.

PUPPY INTRODUCTION
A new puppy is a wonderful addition to the family so after their second vaccination we advise a visit to us.
The first visit includes an introduction to the grooming environment, gentle brushing and getting your puppy used to the sights and sounds of grooming, a positive and happy introduction.
The second visit includes bath and gentle drying.
First visit is free, second visit £20
WASH & GROOM
The wash and groom consists of a bath, drying and a good brush out.
A nice treat for a special occasion.
Your pet will come away feeling sparkling and smelling beautifully fresh.

This includes brush out, bath and dry, full clip, nail clipping, ear cleansing and a lovely treat to go home with.

EMMI-TEETH CLEAN
We utilise the Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning system.
It's completely non invasive, no noise, no brush movement and completely safe. Breaks down tartar, cleans the teeth and can help avoid another trip to the vets.

"I took my two dogs Bob a wire haired fox terrier and Buster a shih Tzu to be bathed & clipped by the lovely Gaynor. Bob is very nervous but I knew Gaynor would be kind and help her relax.
I asked for them to be clipped all over but to leave the faces longer to keep their characters. They both looked amazing, Bob still with her head of curls & Buster looking so cute.
Best thing Bob ended up on Gaynors lap giving kisses which showed how relaxed she was after her visit to Country Paws."
